Can you demonstrate excellence in pharmaceutical / OTC sales?

PRIME Sales awards recognise professionalism and best practice in healthcare sales. There are 5 sales awards to be contested covering sales teams, managers and experienced and "rookie" representatives. For full entry criteria, please click on the appropriate category below:

GP's Choice Award

The GP's Choice Award is nominated and judged by GPs around the nation. GPs are asked to nominate their top 3 companies and give reasons for their choices. The GP panel will then decide on a winner, based on:

• the quality of representatives
• the quality of medical education
• whether the company is able to ethically differentiate their products from others in the class

L&D Award

The winner of the L&D Award will demonstrate that their L&D activities or initiatives have been instrumental in the successful development of people and their performance for key sales and marketing organisational goals. They create, support and champion learning opportunities and foster a learning and continuous improvement culture.

Pharmacist's Choice Award

The Pharmacist's Choice award will be given to the most outstanding OTC / Pharmaceutical company of the year, as nominated by retail Pharmacists through Pharmacy News magazine. The winner will be the company with the most nominations, based on:

• The quality of their representatives
• Frequency and consistency of visits
• Quality of service (eg education and training)
• Quality of information on their products
