Entry CriteriaEntrants should supply the following: - Report ‚What makes me a successful sales representative‚Äùof approx 2 x A4 pages,which addresses the criteria listed below (a template is provided in the entry kit to assist in writing your entry)
- Pharmaceutical career history highlighting your success
- Evidence of sales performance - consistent position in the top 20% of company from Jan - Dec 2007
- Evidence of any other successes to support your submission, eg award certificates, commendations
Judging CriteriaEntries for this award will be judged on the criteria below. In addition, shortlisted candidates are required to attend an assessment evening in Sydney on 15th May 2008. Customer Focus - Focuses on needs of the customer

Commercial and Business Acumen - Demonstrate success within the company.
