How To Enter

Entries for the next PRIME Awards are now open.

Once you have chosen which category you would like to enter, check the criteria applicable and follow the entry guidelines to develop your submission.

You will then need to complete an 'Entry Form' and make entry fee payment.

Each submission requires the accompanying Entry Form when posting to PRIME Awards for judging.

Entry Format

Entries should be paper based, A4, typed, unbound submissions. Please refer to 'Award Categories' for specific entry format details.

Supporting Materials

Please supply 4 copies of any supporting visuals and materials that can fit into a single A4 box file for each entry to the marketing or sales team awards.

Where an entry is submitted for more than one category, a separate set of supporting materials must be supplied.

If you would like the judges to view a website or other online service, please provide whatever passwords are required to access the site, or 4 copies of the site in CD ROM, disk, video or printed format.

Multiple Entries

Companies may enter work in more than one category, provided that each entry has been tailored to address the particular requirements of the category concerned and is accompanied by a separate entry form, entry fee and set of supporting materials.

Who Can Enter?

The PRIME Awards are open to any pharmaceutical company of any size operating in Australia.

Entries may be submitted by:

  • Pharmaceutical companies
  • Pharmaceutical companies in conjunction with one or more of their marketing agencies.
  • Advertising agencies, PR or management consultants acting on behalf of the client pharmaceutical company.
  • All entries require full authorisation of the pharmaceutical company
  • All entries should reflect activities between January – December 09
  • All information provided in the entry will be kept completely confidential.

What About Confidentiality?

The organisers, steering committee and judging panel undertake that the content of entries will remain strictly confidential at all times and will be discussed only within the confines of the judging process.

Each judge and steering committee member is required to sign a confidentiality agreement before appointment.

Should your entry be nominated for an award, extracts of your executive summary for the marketing awards or introduction for the sales awards may be used as source material for the awards show and subsequent editorial coverage.

Such coverage will be strictly limited to the executive summary or introduction only. No other part of your entry will be published, presented or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Please therefore ensure that your summary contains no confidential or sensitive information.

$90 (plus GST)
