One of the biggest opportunities we see each year to increasing the chance of success of a PRIME entry is to include specific and measurable objectives in the ‘challenge’ section and then provide metrics in the ‘outcomes’ that show how your campaign performed against them. 

Why is this critical (in addition to making up 40% of the entry criteria)?
